<div class="IPBDescription">are they better then dial up?</div> Hey guys i have a question, having 128k ISDN give you a better ping time?. and is the reason that 56kers get a bad ping like 200 at best a reason of lack of bandwidth, or but latency in the phone wire?.....anyone care to comment? my friend just recently got satellite and is wondering.. thanks

    It Still Does Nothing.

Go with DSL or Cable, that's my recommendation.

ISDN is only slightly faster than 56k. Look at it this way:

    56k (Modem), 64k (ISDN), 128k (Dual-Channel ISDN), 750+k (Cable and DSL).
