Iso Downloads From Winmx

<div class="IPBDescription">please help me, i'm a nub ;)</div> Okay so i downloaded an iso file and a rar file from WinMX. It downloaded from multiple users and took a long time, but the files are corrupt. I did a web search on this stuff and found a program called ISOBuster that is supposed to fix the ISO file but I dont think i'm using it right. It can read the ISO and even convert it to .bin but then I can't burn it with Nero. This is confusing me and frustrating anyone have any ideas? BTW the RAR file is also corrupt and i can't open it with any program i have tried so far, (winzip, winace, winrar.)

    okay, but that doesn't help in the least. btw i have found a way to extract the files from the .iso, ithink. But the .rar is still all screwed up. Experts advice wanted.
