Annoying Problem

<div class="IPBDescription">I really don't know if it's anything.</div> I have a very annoying problem, I really don't know if it's anything.(that sounds familiar...)
Anyway, Whenever I play, it will play fine for a map or so(usually), but after that one good map, It will act like I have mondo lag (even on servers where I get 50-60 ping) when I leap and blink, but it will also act weird when I try to move short distances.
If I just tap the movement key, I might move to the left a little, then move back really fast, for no reason. Needless to say, this is not exactly helpful when I'm positioning myself for an ambush, so it would be very good if I could stop it. I have had this problem with oen other mod and one other mod only, if that means anything, and that was SI. It hurt my game there to(although I still pretty danged good)
Any suggestions would be helpful.
