<div class="IPBDescription">For 1.1?</div> I was hoping that the storyline would be advanced somewhat when 1.1 rolls in. You know, changes ingame through the various patches will be reflected in the storyline. (the deadly efficiency of the siege gun, the subsequet evolution that rendered the siege cannon "blind", etc)
is the TSA winning, losing? Are there third parties (most likely private interests who want the TSA out of the way) who will show up, making marine vs marine maps available?
will more information about the kharaa shed some light on why they exist? are they a terraforming bacteria that paves the way for a higher, more sentient race?
Will they introduce other races? (I have no idea if this will happen, given that most of the weapon slots are taken... but I think it's relatively easy to program 2 party maps. as long as only 2 factions fight they can circumvent the weapon limit.)
Will the TSA discover that the kharaa have some sort of society, where a particular "strain" of the bacterium is taking over, only to discover another colony of bacterium. So they duke it out, the kharaa killing each other, following the essence of this game... Natural Selection, survival of the fittest? (alien vs alien maps)

Summary: These mutated marines would be just like regular marines, but just look different and with different buildings (and weapons?). <!--QuoteEnd--> </td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'> <!--QuoteEEnd-->
They should also be able to run into **** and blow up doing 500 points of damage!

On a side note, my post markers seem messed up... Is it me or are other people experiencing this as well?
As for story.. I'll leave it to the designers to cook up a reason why mercs (or rogue marines) would jump into the fray.
