Huge Packet Loss?

Anyone else been having huge "choke" in the last few days? At first i thought it was just the server i go to, but i get it in all servers:(

to see your choke type net_graph 3 in the console

    You could check your rate and cl_rate, I lagged alot on a different mod and thought it was because of the worm, but then I checked those for some reason, and put them to 9999. Lag gone.
    This might not be the same for you of course.
