How To Install The Maps?

i downloaded the maps from www.voogru.net/www/maps And i dont know how to install them.. may seem a newb question, but i dont know where i should be pointing the ns_europa.exe map download, i placed it to the ns maps folder, and want some advise before i run the ns_napo_ns_next.zip or place the ns_missilecommand_beta2.bsp .. where shoudl i unzip to and place that file?
Sorry if it has been asked before, i ran a search for maps and it didnt turn up anything i could find pointers for these three files in, thanks for the help.
