Can't Get Into A Game!

I just installed ns and i'm havin real problems. Everytime i try to connect to a server it connects but then it says "Host endgame: Server disconnected" this happens evrytime i've tried to start a game.     type retry at the console. It should work. It happened to me when I had a really fragmented disc and the map loaded so long that the server thought I was "ping timeout"
