Ns Mod Not A Valid Win32 Application!

<div class="IPBDescription">Downloaded mod does is not recognised</div> Have downloaded the mod ns_install_v1 twice and both times its saying that

ns_install_v1 is not a valid Win32 application, it also appears as though the file didn't extract properly as the file size is 0kb

Does anyone have any idea as to what I can do

Am running windows 98 with all the necessary spec on my PC.

Try downloading from a different location. Or downloading with a manager application that will tell maintain the integrity of the download better. If you're still having problems, post back.
