Trigger Questions And More

So a fellow I'm chatting with is wondering about the existence of the following triggers....
- hive death and building triggers: how do they propagate each round? Is there a round end trigger (and if there isn't, will there be one in the next patch/1.1)?
- is there a hive created trigger? The chap in question would like to have things happen as soon as the hive begins to be built, but can't do that yet.
- upgrade/can't select object bug. Most noticable with turret factories, from time to time commanders find themselves unable to upgrade structures on the map. Has the cause of this bug been determined and if so, what can a mapper do to avoid it?

    There are entity properties to fire triggers when a hive is built/killed, but it can get out of sync so you never really know if a hive is alive or dead.

    There are no start or end of round triggers (anymore), I hope the will be added/restored later.

    hives and resource nodes have "target on spawn" and "target on death" so they are triggers itself.
