Here is a quick fade tip that you may already know....
1. If you see a marine rushing you, shoot your acid rocket at their feet and a little infront of him. This increases the chance of it hitting him, plus if it misses, it will do some splash dmg.
If you have any more tips please add on.

oh, and regen + cloaking ROCKS for base assualt
okay, an actual tip:
if you see marines with heavy weapons, pull back (i.e. around a corner) and draw them out with acid rockets before dicing them up.... or spamming more rockets until they die.
this will frustrate them with teh resource loss <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
Ie: if a marine runs towards you, switch to swipe if you're not already using it. Really, though, you should be using swipe. I use acid rocket to:
A) knock down jetpackers
B) set off mines
-K
I must be a nutcase because I dive straight into that arrangement! It's possible to use one of the guys as a shield while you slash him to death, then move on to the next shield, er... I mean guy, then slash him, then if you've got any stuff left in you finish off the last guy. Actually doesn't take that many hits to take down a HA guy, specially if they're only level 1 armor.
It's much easier to do if you're a Lerk <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->

This isn't like other games. The direct damage of acid rocket is only 50 so the splash means nothing and you <i>really</i> need to make use of those 3-5 rockets on your first volley. I personally like to lob 3 acid rockets to soften them up and then close in then slice 'n' dice.

I've done this a couple times. All I could do was laugh at the marines.
Why run? CHAAAARGE IN AND KILL EVERYBODY!!! MUAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!
Ok, this wasn't a serious post but.... : Don't use acid rocket against solo marines, slash them instead, it's lame to acid them because you're too lazy to change slash.

2) Make friends with a gorge, have the gorge web up infront of you (just once strand) whenever you're spamming acid, if any marine charges you back up let the web hit em and then close with the claws.
3) Learn to blink propperly.
4) Learn when and how to use your claws
5) Take carapice over regen every time, regen means you can't risk using claws, not using claws means you're bearly capable of damaging anything quickly. (If you disagree read kitsuns numbers)
BlueGhost
really, those last few HPs are going to do THAT much more damage then you healing and coming back?
Uh, just thought I'd share. <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
fade tip:
you CAN handle one turret firing at you if you have 3rd lvl carapace. if you can crouch and slash that tfac with one turret on you, GO FOR IT. you will not die. and that is a WHACK of rine rez you just took out. other GREAT shields from turret fire:
1) one turret
2) siege cannons (they really do cover well)
3) tfac (obvious)
I have never been able to get this fade skill to work consistently and it is very frustrating. What are the ins and outs of blink?
Thank you,
QAiken
