Anyone here listen to it?
Anyone here listen to jazz, or play a jazz instrument? (OK, that's prejudiced, I heard of jazz oboe once )
What instrument do you play? Who's your favorite jazz musician? How do you feel about the way jazz is going (into the very experimental/"fusion" genre)?
Well I'll answer my own questions. I play the alto sax, I have not grown up in a bluesy upbringing so I don't really have the everyday musical language background; but I really want to learn how to improv really well, so I'm working it.
My favorite jazz musician has got to be either John Coltrane (omg) or Lee Morgan (omg). They're awesome. I don't really like the experimental/fusion tact that jazz has been taking; I had only been listening to some of Coltrane's later stuff (not totally far out, but the stuff he wrote when he was getting there) and then I took out his album "Blue Train." That totally changed my view of jazz... it's old-style bebop (according to my sister who knows more about jazz than me). I couldn't stop listening to Lee Morgan's freaking AWESOME solos.
Well anyway, you?

My favorite artists would be Pat Metheny and (although I'll get a funny look from most people for this) Yoko Kanno.
I play bass:
I gots me an ESP f-205. Bought it brand new for $300($700+ value). It plays like a dream. (mine is silver with black accesories)
