Download In Smaller Chunks?

<div class="IPBDescription">56K sucks.</div> Hullo, I'm trying to DL NS, but due to my highly unstable 56K connection, that I seriously doubt can DL this 90 meg file. I was wondering if there was any place I could DL peices of NS, possibly in 20-30 meg chunks, rather than the whole thing at once..
at about 3K/sec, the whole file is gonna take somewhere around 8-9 hours.
I'd be very grateful for any help I can get on this..

Try Download Accelerator. It's a great program. Not only will it speed up your downloads but it will resume if you get a lost connection.

it shows the premium version there but if you go to the "download" link it will bring you to a cnet download page and you get the free version. You may have to sign up for cnet (but thats free too)

It bumped me up from 2-3KB/s to 5-6!
As well as the pause/resume feature.. I've desperately needed this for a long time..

it bumped my crappy cable connection from 25 to 125! Isn't it great? hooray for DAP!!

Just a warning- It seems as thought DAP may have spyware. If it does, you really should delete it and find an alternative program.

Use Adaware or Spybot to kill of the spyware.
