Questions About Current Resource Models.

I know there are many posts about the resource model for both teams but I really want to know how the marine resource model works. It seems that marines tend to get less resources on smaller servers than on larger servers. I have heard somewhere that if the marine team has more players it gets more resources per tick. If this is true I would think It needs to be the other way around, but anyway, just wondering where I can get info about current resource models. Thx

The resource model is complex, but sufficient to say that the formula to calculate it DOES include the number of players on each team. So more players = more resources. When you think about it that is the way it has to work, since the aliens resource model is the same. (the only difference is that the resources on the alien team are divided amongst the players as compared to just going to the commander on the marine team.)

true, but aleins start with a cetain amount of resources. if your in a normal game you will start with 10. but if you have little people in the game then you will start with about 20 or 15. it just soohts up giving away the extra res. always good to starts the game fast so you get the extra res before the slow modems connect and steal it.
