lol, doom you sorta scare me (though I agree) but the contents of the site consists of:
Metroid Prime 2 (<b>tentative</b> title) A follow-up to the hit Metroid Prime is in development. <u>No release date or other information is available</u> at this time. Keep checking back at Nintendo.com for more details! basicaly:
HAHA its gona, posibly happen and w won't tell you SQUAT!!!
Eathbound wasn't exactely a Nintendo title, plus, the foundation it was build on (the 'DD' upgrade for the N64, no idea what it was supposed to be called in the US) essentially broke away.
Anyway, this means that a) Big N is working on it, and b) that we won't have to wait another five years. Sounds good enough to me.

mojojojo ... import, like I did <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
Or, if you already have a pal GC, pick yourself up a copy of Freeloader this friday and then get ordering games.
And as much as I <b>love</b> Metroid Prime I'd rather wait around 8 more years for a game as beautiful, perfectly paced and balanced rather than a quick 'more of the same' sequel.
Well, not 8 years but you see what I?m saying.
And really more of the same wouldn't be that bad ... stop rambling

personaly I just hope that they put in GOOD pugrades (always one of the things I care most about in metroid games)
oh, and soon? I don't think so Nintendo has a tendancy to release the fact that they are doing a new project very soon after it starts. and if they want to make prime2 ANY good it is gona be some time (and then delay between Japan release and US)
meh, I know it will be good (as long as they keep the same staff), I as of yet have seen nintendo rush something to fast and screw it up (well the DD was doomed in the US no way it could have lasted)
Prime originally was to fall in between Metroid 1 and 2, but then it was changed to be after 3. Personally I *STILL* think it fits better between 1 and 2, but meh. Metroid Fusion is definately the latest one though. I have a feeling Prime 2 will be before Fusion as well...
OOORRRRrrrrrrr
Maybe Prime 2 will be *AFTER* Fusion and Samus can go and get her suit back! :D
