As to why you're getting those TCP errors, I'm honestly not qualified to answer exactly why it happens. The most I know is that the way the forums go down like that is a known problem, happens for darn well near everyone (don't feel alone, when it's down for you it is for pretty much everyone else, too), and it (hopefully) is under investigation to be fixed once and for all. Fortunately, it happens on a much less regular basis than it used to around a month or so ago. Might as well thank the forum maintainers for doing their best to help the situation so far...
[edit] um, whoops, I should've read the whole error. Um...if you see an invision-boards related error, that's the one I'm talking about. Sorry about any confusion.
I typed your message into Google. Hopefully some of those can help, but nothing stuck out at me when I glanced (other than that a lot of people get it heh). It seems the error may have to do w/ a firewall, perhaps on your ISPs end?
I also found this while looking. Funny heh.
I wish you a pleasant stay, and may you never get on an admin's bad side(or mine, becuase although I have no real power, I can yell very loud)
