    I'd change the background on that one, Vec. With the 'sun' at that angle to the rest of your shading, most of what you'd see if shaded with the light coming from that angle, would be in shadow with the sun behind. Remember... when you add a background, you lose some of the freedom of choice in where the light is coming from, if you want the character to be a part of the scene, instead of old-movie-bluescreened over the top.

    simple rotate the background so that the sun is over our right shoulder

    (ie thats where your ight source seems to be, so just make the backgrounds gradient like that ;D)
