Whenever I play NS and get in the command chair or hit tab to look at the stats and right click i never see a cursor. bind a key to toggleeditps (thats toggle edit ps), lets say you bound end
so here is the procedure for getting the mouse pointer back so you can mute ppl:

hit end
hit tab, click a few times to see if you can mute, if not repeate

I have been having some probs with this and the command menu recently though (after hitting end the rmb menu will not pop up, but all you have to do is hit end again)

What video mode are you using? This problem has been reported before if I remember, for people running Natural Selection in Software mode, which is not supported.
