Anyone else get irritated when things just don't seem to look right. Getting so close to beta and I am becoming more displeased every time I look at it hehe. Maybe it's just the deadline.
I didn't think you needed to have it tested by then... only ready to be tested.
<edit> Yeah. Don't sweat it too much...
"The deadline for NS v1.1 maps has been set, for Friday, February 14th! This means that if you want your map to be officially part of NS v1.1, then you need to have your map playtestable by this date. This doesn't have to be the final version of your map, but all the hives and main passageways should be constructed. You should have all the basic lighting, texure work and entity work done at this point. This is when we'll put the map in front of playtesters for the first time."
for the leaks:) if you run hl in devloper mode you can use the command point file which will give you a line from teh entity located to teh leak teh problem is that it only goes 20-49 units . but the actual points are stored in a file called yourmap.pts(i thinkit .pts... is ays in teh compile). if you delte points the y dont show up and its like 750000 points long so try it it works:)

Good god.
I know what you mean. At least some of the playtesters like Spirit, though. Saying that, I don't know what they're going to think of the submitted version... <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->
well i got ChromeAngel in my private playtest, if he dont think i have any chance. i wont submit my map, helps the dev team then - personally everyone shuld do this sort of thing, have one or 2 playtesters in a private/public server game before the deadline

When I compile now, VIS has to run or else I get errors.
I just have to do the slow and tedious block method.
