<div class="IPBDescription">Incredibly simple</div> This is probably a 30 minute job at most for an experienced modeller, so I'm not relly asking for a lot <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

What I'd like is a fan strip, those pieces of plastic you see attached to a fan grill or post to indicate when there's a current of air. It would only have one animation, and that would show it flapping in the wind. The strip would be yellow with a black stripe or two on its length. Nothing fancy, probably only a dozen polies at most. Size should be no more than 32 units in length, but at least 24. Probably 4 to 8 units in width, and paper thin.

This can be used by any mapper who has a current of air and wants to indicate it to the player (Like fans, windtunnels, open airlocks, etc.). Simply place it as a monster_furniture entity and adjust the yaw/pitch/roll angles to have it aiming in the right direction.

    Bump?

    Or rather, does anyone else have ideas for simple animating models that could be added to maps?
