I stopped playing Natural-Selection.
No, it wasn't because on the public servers I played on the marines usually lost.
It wasn't even because I wondered around the maps blissfully lost. (I eventually printed out maps <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
No, my problem was of a much more serious nature. So insidious in fact that I am nearly hesitant to mention it, but alas, the poor hapless masses must be warned.
Once I started playing this mod, I could not sleep. Alas, it was not do to the nightmares caused by aliens, which were hiding on the ceiling, jumping down and chomping my poor hapless marine to death. Sadly, I didn't have time to sleep. Heck, I was too busy playing Natural-Selection.
Perhaps when I finish the college semester I shall take it up again. Until then, Half-Life must remain banished from my PC.
Unfortunately, I must blame the developers of this game. How cruel and twisted they must be to create this game? Perhaps in future releases they can add elements to make it a bit less fun.
