No. It does not, thankfully, or all my custom high-pitched screams in CS that add that hint of inanity wouldn't work because their almost a meg each. *loves sound editing*
I like the voices in game for NS, but I'd rather have a bit of change once and awhile ;D
Maybe i'd think of turning up skulk footsteps <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo--> But that might be cheating :/

They will work perfectly on servers not enforcing file consistency!
