What i am trying to get is 18/22 public slots and the 4 reserved spots for people i give reserve access to. It seems that when its got 18/22 public ppl in and I join, it makes 19/22 but when a pub guy leaves i drop to his spot, not leaving a slot for another pub to join in. Am i just unlucky and when i join and someone leaves no one else joins or is this a known issue? Do i have it setup right for this?, i tried both 0 and 3 and it seemed exactly the same to me.
