Ns Guides - Recruiting?

<div class="IPBDescription">More = better?</div> NS guides - a wonderful idea, totally. The problem is, I honestly have not seen a single guide online, at any point in the 5 or so months NS has been out. Not to say that you all aren't doing your jobs, because I'm sure you are. Heck, I barely ever see anyone from the forums out when I play NS. But perhaps the NS guide team could recruit more members, so that there can be more on at a time, in more servers?
Let's face it: there are a lot more good, experienced players, many who are very much better than some of the beta testers and other guides (no offense) - many who would love to give back to the community. DO you think there is any possibility that a [GUIDE] recruiting program could be installed, and if there already is one, used? It would really be great if many of the more prominent servers, clan-run and otherwise, had recognized guides regularly playing on them. Everyone on these forums are always complaining about n00bs and how they ruin games - why not give them a chance to help correct the problem?
Of course, a guidetag probably isn't enough at this point anyways. It really would be nice if guides were given some in-game power, be they small (i.e. being able to type in a bright-colored font so that they are mrore noticed, or having different colored names when chatting from most other players) or large (being able to smack a n00b for being stoopid, jk =)). Thoughts?

But is someone who complains about 'n00bs' necessarily someone who could be trusted to always patiently help new players? The NSGuides never said they were talented, but they know how the game works, and they are all very friendly people.
There is also the eternal discussion about how much power people should have on other peoples servers.
NSGuides are a team who have all proven their knowledge of NS and its gameplay (and yes, I do believe there is an exam to get in, along with a referral scheme), and who are actively dedicated to helping new people.
