Installing Problems

<div class="IPBDescription">couldnt extract wise0132.dll</div> when i click on ns_install_v1 i get the message :
Could not extract wise0132.dll to c:\docum~1 \marcel\locals~1\temp\glc1a.tmp

I am running winxp pro

i get the same message on my other computer whos also running xp

PLZ HELP ME

This looks like the installer you downloaded is corrupt. Can you grab another copy from a different website?

yah the installation from blue server was not working when i downloaded it from another it did work
