<div class="IPBDescription">Any in the works?</div>I think the idea of a NS league would be awesome. Is anyone planning on starting a clan on release of the game? If so could I join? If not, would someone like to start one with me?

there is a site beeing build just for the purpose of creating a ns league that site will be up in a few weeks.
as soon as it's up you probably see on the forums and rr.org
