That being said, I haven't seen any NS themes so far. The best I did was just to get an NS icon pack and assign them to my desktop icons. (Observatory makes a nice firefox.)
It doesn't seem to hard to get the ideas for a theme pack, the only tricky thing (ie you'd have to make from scratch) would be menu bars and whatnot.
