Little Help Please- Something's Not Right...

<div class="IPBDescription">Could not load library error message</div> Ok, first to list the computer specs like you asked. My computer is a 9 month old VPR Matrix that runs games such as Red Faction and Medal of Honor... It has a 1.6 Gb processor with a pentium 4. It has a Gforce3 256 mb. The sound card is brand new like every thing else and I am running Windows XP. What happens is when I try to run any of the gameplay aspects of NS (the training or online game) I get an error message in a Counter-Strike headed box that looks like such-

I just downloaded the newest cstrike patch and have the version 1 install of ns that install, but gets the above error message
