<div class="IPBDescription">I know they're out there</div> I had to reinstall NS so I lost em but I know someone made em, they basically darkened the colors a tad and made them into circles that waver back and forth(ermmm, like an amoeba or something)

I did a serch of the forums but couldn't find any so can anybody help me out here?
