<div class="IPBDescription">It's called RESOURCES!!!</div> AAAAAGGGH!! As the days progress, the marines seem to get dumber and dumber! I really hope that this is just an influx of newbies, and not an accurate representation of the marines as a whole. It now seems to me that the comm even has to shoot for some of the people here.
Allow me to explain, and tell you what this topic is about. I just got off of a game on a pub server with a severe headache. The comm and i were friends, and i knew that aside from occaisional forgetfulness, he was a great comm. Anyways, i called him up, and filled him in on what was going on for those of us without a bird's eye view. Fast forward a little, and we've just lost the hive we had a tentative hold on to, minutes later, we are starting to have fade problems with our lightly defended base.
We had gone from a high of 7 res a tick to 3 res a tick, and we were pretty much starving. Apparently though, there a are <i>some</i> NS players who seem to think the commander has some kind of bottomless swiss account. With about an average of 2 res ever 20 seconds, our team kept shouting for upgrades and expensive weapons to combat the enemies with, and that was a waste, because only about 2 people on our team could hit the broad side of an onos, and the comm was one of them.
I am here to reeducate the unwashed masses! Everything you beg of the comm costs resources, and when you don't have any res, don't be surprised when the comm doesn't give you anything, and don't huddle around the armory begging!

you can always migrate to another server where the players are better.

Most of the members ARE newbs. The problem is that they do not learn and struggle to comprehend the most basic things.
Anyway ya. I tell my marines whenever I comm. If you beg me for it you ain't gonna get more then a wave of my cursor over your head like i'm trying to rub you out of existance

Actually there are very few people on this forumn that actually know what they are talking about.
The rest are people who have no clue or didnt even bother to read the ns manual.
I have seen a total of 3 threads worth reading and thats pretty sad.....

One or the other buddy. And its funny how they always ask for stuff when you don't get res and when you do, they don't talk.
Personally, theres no such thing as a good marine until he/she has thorough experience commanding.
