Ns Planet Not Loading

<div class="IPBDescription">Won't load for me</div> Over the past few weeks I've been unable to view Planet Natural Selection, while I heard others on IRC saying that they can load it just fine. Is the site just down? Are there technical difficulties? Is there an IP ban on the server?

(PS. I'm posting this here as I can't look up their contact information for obvious reasons <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo--> . And maybe others are experiencing the same thing.)
