Voogru's Health Plugin?

Im not sure if this is your plugin in Voogru, but if it is im looking for the plugin that's allows mariens to get health from the armory if its available id like to add it to my server please let me know if i can get it.

    Hmmm, a plugin like this does sound interesting. If one exists, does it also raise the cost of an armory?

    I would prefer this to the phaseEQ plug. Marines are starting to figure out how to win with JP/HMG rush on our servers. At least with voogs plug they have to go back to the armory to get more heatlh instead of flying around my hive getting phase health. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
