Right Click Issues

When I right click no menu shows up (I have everything bount to keys) and when I command there is no minimap. The cursor for the right click shows up - but NO menu. This occurs every game I play after my first death.

    I am having the same problem....no menu..just a bunch of jumbled up letters in the left hand corner of the screen.

    menu doesn't work in software mode.
