Error Message(cs Retail)

Ok I have counter strike fully upgraded and retail. XP, Ge-Force 4, AMD 1800, etc. When I go to run NSn after I followed the instructions on how to install through the CS folder- I get this nasty **** error message: "DLL file not found in path. Either incorrect compile option or system/file server setup incorrect." That is exactly what that says. Then after I click Ok another pops up saying "DLL(s) not found or created." now another guy in the forum said that he was able to fix, but he didn't say how.... So, how do I fix it...and am I gunna run into any more walls?? This sux, unfortunately for somereason when i got BlueShift from onna my buddies it wouldn't upgrade to 1.1.1.0 because it just kept directing my install file to C:\ FAIL. Which is ***. Ne way I can fix ne thing just to get the game to WORK!!!!

This typically comes from a corrupt install file. Redownload and try again.
