    <img src="http://planethalflife.com/awmaps/pics/glory_5-27_3.jpg" border="0">

    And an updated Triad shot, with the grating and changed sprite. Not that it's really noteworthy of showing here, but oh well:

    looking very nice, i like the changes to the triad, the haze is looking better now, have you toned down the blue a bit? (because if you havent maybe you should a little bit, it was a bit bright on my eyes, but it may serve as a distraction for unwary marines, so -shrug-)

    feel free to ask me for feedback or shoot me another bsp at any time, i always have time for helping others (time for working on my own map, however, is very lacking at the moment)

    Something I notice is that the pipes on the ceiling are very clean and shiny, while those supports are... dirty and ugly. It probably doesn't matter, don't mind me...

    Wow, I'm impressed you picked up on that, Shoven.  Good comment.

    Andrew, I'm really looking forward to this map.  I beg you not to rebuild that hive area any time soon.  Once the first version of the map is up and the map is playable, THEN you can decide whether you really need to rebuild it.  Not sooner.  Trust me.

    If only I had matching support textures... *grumble* <!--emo&:D--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'><!--endemo-->

    I'll get it pieced together and ready to go as soon as I can, Flay. <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo--> I honestly believe 1-2 weeks, leaning more towards the 2 mark.

    Anyone who got this far on a map looking like this and suddenly decide to quit must be compleately bananas. Emagine the satisfaction of finishing it kungfu master, and seing us play it in spectatormode after the release! Keep up the good work!

    No, heh... These didn't exist when I was going to can the map -- I don't think I could bring myself to let it go at gunpoint now, heh... <!--emo&:p--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'><!--endemo-->

    Oh my, it's the Mini-Glory's!! Awesome detail work there andrew... really amazing. I haven't a single complaint about the look here. Of course, you know how I feel about the glory's anyways, so... not like criticism would be expected from me.

    Yeah...

    (BTW, the new triad look is simply gorgeous.)

    Actually, that IS the glory corridor. I needed to narrow it to accomodate offshooting areas. Retexturing was to cut texture memory. But I decided to take that theme a bit further, heh... <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo--> There should be a couple more in this basic theme elsewhere.

    Also, for anyone using this texture set (the wall_lab* textures), I've cobbled together a pair of supportish textures in this theme. They're in the artwork forum: <a href="http://www.natural-selection.org/cgi-bin/ikonboard/ikonboard.cgi?act=ST;f=7;t=2658" target="_blank">http://www.natural-selection.org/cgi-bin....;t=2658</a>

    I can't really picture how the transition goes from the triad to the glory hallway. can you send me the zip so I can see it?

    Hmmm... I've made a lot of changes over the last couple days... I dunno when I'll toss up a new BSP, either.
