Crash When "ready" N Tourney Mode

Hi folks.
The following happened to me 3 times one one server (always the same server, so i'm not sure if this is a server or client error) when having a Clanwar.
The round restarted, Players joined their teams and type in "ready" to begin the game...
Just as the Round starts after "ready" HL/NS crashes without any notice and I have to reboot because i get "can't obtain won-identification".
This happenedonly the first round on the server, the next were no problem.
I should also note that it did not matter if I typed in "ready" or not.
I don't know if the server is windows or Linux, all i know is that it's running clanmod and Cheating Death This crash occured when CD2.2 was new and after CD2.3.2 came out, so i think the error is not to be found in CD but either clanmod or ns' tournament mode..
