Alien Recovery...

<div class="IPBDescription">Alien force made comeback</div> It was on either Voogru or some server, pretty amazed since mostly marines win especially once they have hmgs and jps, well it was everyone dead, with 2 gorges left (how coincidence =p) , well i was waiting collecting res when our last hive went down, i made 80 res and made the hive asap, it took forever to get up, but i had a RT up and had some OC up before hives died, took like 5 minutes with everyone but 1 gorge dead, felt like an eternity, but as soon as everyone started spawning we miraculously started rushing like crazy, we came so close to clearing up a 2nd hive, the teamwork was just awesome, but the turrets are just to powerful to kill, hell we had killed half the area but its just too easy for marines to build turrets, or turret factory, we took like 3 of there turret factories down, its just to hard when they have a million turrets everywhere, but heck aliens are just to weak to make a come back, i see marines do it all the time, but we aliens need some type of last chance reinforcement, like maybe have some xenocide without upgrades or soemthing.. hell thatll kill them all =p . err oh well
Point of Speech: Aliens are farely made out, though when making come back, its just tooo slow and weak.

    I'd like to see some sort of distress signal style fast alien respawn system. I know, I know, marines != aliens and I r teh n00b but if there was a way to pay res to respawn faster it would make an alien recovery more likely.

    err i see you can store res points in the hive, they should make this useful like make the hive work faster at spawning skulks faster, the more people store the faster it works, and it could slowly work its way down if u know what i mean, hell that wouldnt be so bad cause either give it to gorges to build faster, or hive to spawn faster ur choice =p

    if they kill all your hives it's SUPPOSE to be near impossible to make a comeback...

    Well, if the marines are pinned in their base and the aliens have 3 hives it's supposed to be near impossible too... but distress signal makes it easier.

    Yeah, the marines "comeback" via instant spawn.

    There is NO way they are going to win.

    Only exception with a serious chance of recovery provided a perfect marine team was on caged once. That is quite a seesaw map.

    Actually on nancy there were a few games where aliens had 2 almost 3 hives for a while. Almost 3 because we kept killing 1 of them. Later the scales tipped in our favor and we took out 2 at once right ^^ Anyway..

    True, but when there's Onos running in your base it does'nt really help, the option marines have is the jetpack, one loose jetpacker can cause havoc ( provided the gorge has'nt webbed the whole map ), aliens dont have a trump card like this.

    We lost our hives on nothing, and I was a just spawning as a gorge minutes before, and ran from some marines who got killed by our last few OCs in via, I managed to get our hive up, the marines had red room, and all our hvies, but via, and somehow we came back, in a 16 person game, and won....it was interesting...
