I was referring to NS specific commands as well as opposed to general HL settings (and even then, those settings are just a drop in the bucket when it comes to engine commands). Things like the right impulses to lay down defense/movement/sensory chambers as a gorge, and the different ones for each species (ie: the chuckle command).
