Linux And Ns Problems

I just installed the NS Server mod on my Linux server..
When I try to load the game I am getting this error:

Any ideas what might be causing this? I have installed mods from Firearms, DOD, CS, etc without problems.. Does NS require something new?

Problem.. Just needed the right libs:
