Help Menu In-game?

hey all, just wondering what do i do to get that little help menu back on my screen? (the one in the corner that says how much dmg each attack does, or what each upgrade does specifically (aliens))
had to ask on the forums lol, coz everytime i ask when im in a fricken server no one gives me an answer, they are all smartasses and say like 'SUYF newb', or 'u get it back by not freaking sucking'... and i am not a newb lol, i just dont know how to get it back, too many friggin smartasses id like to smack around if i met them
anyways, if anyone could help me out id appreciate it, this way when friends play on my comp i dont have to answer their questions about EVERY attack and EVERY upgrade... makes it simpler if they can read it themselves
