[mrel] Avp Grenade Launcher With Heavy Arms

<div class="IPBDescription">Daphisto's Launcher with Heavy Arms</div> I didn't find anybody adding heavy arms to this model by Daphisto so I did it myself. The left arm clips into the grenade mag but this is barely noticed ingame.

Edit: Just realized the hand (not the arm) goes through the stock will fix in another release

Yay! Now I have the whole set. BTW the texture on this 1 isn't the default 1.
