Some of you have exceedingly messy desktops... <!--emo&:0--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wow.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wow.gif'><!--endemo-->
<!--QuoteBegin--></span><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>QUOTE</b> </td></tr><tr><td id='QUOTE'><!--QuoteEBegin-->Do a text link, and double click it.
You need "Normal Window Behavior" On as well as locked position, to make it work best. <!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->i use pin on desktop, guess that's why i never had any luck with it. so i just use desktop x to make the shortcuts, i'm also planning to make some fancy menu to replace the "other" box, maybe even the games box.
I just quickly made a blank icon, set all desktop icons to that and moved the text into position. It's a bit of a hax, but it works. If only i could get Network Neighbourhood to be alined with the others. For some reason it won't.
But i must stress. The background is from <a href='http://www.designchapel.com/' target='_blank'>Design Chapel</a> and +not+ my own work.

If it is, that is the reason why you can't upload.
Solution? Try to host it somewhere or make it smaller than 122 KB. Lower the quality or switch the resolution. (for example from 1024x768 to 800x600)

Other than that. Maybe a little more graphical stuff.

If you want to post your desktop, just press print screen, go into some kinda photo editor, paste, and save, then upload.

Resolution is 1360*1020@100Hz, my monitor's (Hitachi CM772ET, 19") maximum at 100Hz.
Seems that there are lots of anime freaks here ;-)
Btw, why doesn't the board support png files?
Here ya go.
