<div class="IPBDescription">where to get it?</div> I have done my best to search for where someone said the actual place to get this mod. I can't find it though! Nowhere. Who made it where can I get. This is getting very frustrating. I saw the one I want on a server today, basically there is a sprite above the armory of meds shooting out like a fountain and when you get near and are injured, you get health. I want it!

it's only on GunsForBackToSchool server, and the three voogru servers, and it will stay that way for a while.

you will not get it, because it is not released publicly
to join the servers, go into the console and type:
connect ns.voogru.net
connect ns2.voogru.net
connect ns3.voogru.net
but it'll take a while to get in, because all three are always full
voogru says:
"I will be releasing mine soon.
Just wait and see;)"
But giving him the benefit of the doubt I won't release my version any time soon (sorry to all you people that want it, but I'm hoping that one day he makes a release that isn't half-assed).

to rephrase, basically I have a plugin on my server that does something similar but have not released it. I'm hoping that voogru will make a release on his own that works for both win32 and linux sometime soon.

As for King and the Voogru servers, they are well maintained, well admined against lamers/hackers/idiots, and are sought after by the higher-end players looking for a good straight-up game with similar-minded players. Considering they are practically full all the time, this speaks for itself.
BTW, the "give" code was only activated on 1 server, not all of them. And, I REPEAT, AND.. it clearly states on the MOTD pages that feature/play testing may be experienced at any time causing reboots, etc. The "give" code is ony one of many tools that are used in such testing.
So, please, take your whining elsewhere.

There are at least 3 people who are long time members, nay supporters of the community who are acting, in my opinion, like spoiled spiteful children.
It's ok to have a difference of opinion, but if you disagree with someones opinion then attack the *opinion* not the person.
Because you three, are long time and staunch supporters, I'm being more lenient than usual and letting you off with a warning on this proviso: You will apologise to the other parties for being, lets face it, a muppet.
Crackerjack_mac, Prodigy, Kahuna. I expect to see those apologies (and no more slagging matches) pronto.

You see, The first comment would have been perfectly fine and enough.
Your need to add the second means that you really don't apologise or recant in any way. Simply mouthing the words is not the same as showing remorse for previous actions.
You're just being willful and arrogant assuming that simply an 'I apologise' with a little sting in the tail is what I am looking for.

All these open source fanatics keep ignoring the fact that in the US of A people have a right to ownership, this aint Communism people.
The Voogru servers cost near $1000 a month to maintain, and with how much **** Voog and King have to tolerate from people who are too lazy to code their own plugins, I dunno how they manage.

That's laughable. If you do some research, Voogru throws a fit every time someone copies something he makes no matter how small and insignificant it is.
Call that mudslinging if you will, but it's the god's honest truth.

I can't imagine that *anyone* else can have anything to say that's helpful, unless someone miraculously managed to pull this back on topic.

I'm afraid you are wrong. As I've spoken to Voogru at length regarding this matter, and read all of the posted logs that Voogru made available, King made it quite clear (as you saw all the servers did go offline) that if he wasn't able to cheat, there weren't going to be any Voogru servers.
You try to play it down, but its cheating. Clearly stated or not, King is a big baby. If you want to test, you do that on a private test server.
Please note, I did not slag King's ability to administrate, or the servers, I pointed out that its King himself whom I have the issue with. The Give commands are cheats, period. I would never play on a server where the admin(s) are handing out weapons and other things to themselves rather than the commander giving as he sees fit. Its one thing to add neat mods which balance the game, and which every player of that given team has access to, but to provide cheating abilities which only admin(s) can use goes over the line I say.
Any ways i'm not trying to start a war, i'm merely voicing my opinion, and I didn't mean to take this off topic...
