<div class="IPBDescription">And stay scram'ed! (board issue)</div> I've turned off showing Session id in my profile many times. Session id is that long string of text you see in your URL like this: [http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index.php?<b>s=8933a9446978853f725a1430a4b9222</b>e&act=]

It's annoying and messes up my URL history. I want it gone, and you can select it to not show in your profile. Alas it keeps turning itself on again and again. So for mr. Board man, how do I make it REMAIN hidden? I am sure my cookies are set to ON.

Hmmm. Have you tried deleting your specific NS Forums cookie? That seems to fix most of these sorts of issues (a lame response, I know, but these cheesy web-based linux boards are about as proprietary as it gets and are usually written by 3 guys with 0 real tech support time).

The cookie will be located in your user profile, and be called %something%@natural-selection.org.txt or %something%@natural-selection.org[2].txt . Just deleting it (with all browser windows closed), and reconnectiing to the forums and logging in will generate a new one.
