Start Deleting Threads

<div class="IPBDescription">please?</div> I really appreciate that moderators work quickly and lock lots of useless threads, but couldn't those completely useless threads be deleted? I mean threads that really don't have anything to say and that take space from the "good" threads. Just send a message to the starters of the deleted threads and that's it. Im getting really annoyed when the real threads with important information/ideas drop to page 16 in one day because of annoying spam.

    I guess it happens too little.

    If I would be a mod, half of the threads in suggestions forum(and few threads I started myself) and onethird in the general discussion would be deleted by now <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.natural-selection.org/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

    The boards have been kinda slow during the twilight of 1.04, I don't think its gotten out of hand. It also prolly has to do with all the April Fools postings.

    Nope, but we can't lose, either. Good enough to me.

    Anyway, I don't like to delete stuff as it takes the topic starter any way of complaining. If a thread is locked for unjust reasons, it can be reopened. If I was too fast with a delete, the thread is gone.

    Most of the topics I delete are before anyone else can see them. <-- Ninja Mod. Believe me, I delete topics all the time... but that leaves the poster free to post again with a "wth, mah thr34d w@5 d3|373d!! h@X!!!" post... which I find more annoying than the locked version.
