Llamas Crashing Servers When They Are Losing

<div class="IPBDescription">by placing too many mines</div> i just joined the marine team, and we were losing bad... so the comm with a stable 120+ resources decided its to crash the server by dropping too many mines... he succeded... apparently, this commander thought, "if i can't win, they can't either!!!" --- i think that the solution to this would be putting a max # of mines..

It's happened to me before. If the players you play with are llamas, find a different server. Otherwise, shove a good acid rocket in their face and suicide rush the mines, as it's your only choice =\

hmm yesterday we had as a marines a 2 hive lockdown and it took so long, but then the comm decided to clear reactor room first so i went in the comm dropped mines at every armory (in all the hives) and crashed the server...

we try to kick these type of guys before the mines get too plentiful....ban also works nicely 8 ) if they they dont listen the first time.....lots of lameness people do on my server <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo--> i really dislike it

not only that, the game would never have ended, the aliens had spammed ocs and dcs around the hive so a 'fast' jp hmg rush would had never worked.

Actually, I did this as comm once, but not on purpose.

We were killing Waste Handling hive and I gave tne guys tons of mines just outside of it and I said, plant them everywhere in the hive.

I must have dropped over 150 mines because there were lasers EVERYWHERE and the ground was like completely covered.

Anyways, we crashed it, and I had to write a letter of apology to the server administrator.
