Overflow Problem

I reinstalled NS and now I have non-stop overflows. I remember I fixed the problem with some console commands but I forgot them. Can you help me?

Try to change the "rate" variable.

Tell us what your rate is currently set to, and what your connection speed is, if you want to know a good number. To find out, just connect to a server and type 'rate' in the console (or, you can open the /ns/config.cfg file and see what it says next to 'rate').

Are you using an analog modem? DSL? Cable? We need to know. Also, when you installed NS and were prompted to choose what speed connection you had, did you select one or just leave it at the default (like a chump <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo--> )?
