Would You Buy Ns Plushes?

MrPinkMrPink Join Date: 2002-05-28 Member: 678Members
I am creating this topic solely to prove to the NS team how many people would waste their money on plushes if they sold them. I don't really think we will see plushes any time soon, but voice your opinion here! Don't post if you wouldn't buy a plushie, it will make for innacurate counts.

I know I would buy at least a gorge and onos plushie myself.

Yes. I would buy a set of the normal stuff, and the baby versions (the ones with sketches from coil and stuff).

I would not buy an ns plush.

I would buy a beanbag gorge in a second though.

I'd buy a stuffed skulk in a heartbeat. A gorge in maybe two heartbeats.

Plushie\beanbag gorge. Definately. Very probably. Well, a damn sight more than I'd buy anything else online

Even if I didn't have the cash, I'd still get a plush Gorge.

I mean, really, buying stuff you can't afford is what credit cards are all about, aren't they??

I would buy a gorge and onos plush. I'd buy a skulk plush if he had small suction cups on his feet so I could stick them to my car window or something

As someones mentioned in a previous thread though, they are very expensive to prototype and then make in small batches. I suspect even if they did invest in it they wouldn't be the greatest quality unfortuntely.

I'd buy a plushie Skulk for a reasonable price (as opposed to, say, the stuffed Bun Buns from the Sluggy Freelance comic. Handmade, sure, but I can't justify that).

Well, does anyone here have any idea how to make a pattern for a plush toy? If the pattern were to be posted here with a list of necessary items to make one, I'd certainly go for it.

In fact, I'm gonna fire up Google right after this post and see what I can dig up about making fabric patterns!!

  • CalantusCalantus Join Date: 2003-03-23 Member: 14823Members
Yeah, I would buy a plushie gorge, if it was of the highest quality. I've vowed that if I were ever to buy a geeky fanboi item, it would at least be a good quality geeky fanboi item. I'd also but a HA marine that said "I got your back", 'cause that would be so cool for a few minutes and then I could hate myself and wish I had saved that money after the novelty wore off. 'Cause that's always fun.

Oh, and creditcards are for little boys. Real men use the overdraft facility.
