Server Client Stuck

<div class="IPBDescription">Is there a patch for this?</div> I have played on some servers to where, when I get stuck I can type "/unstuck or /stuck"

Then the server will move me to unstuck me.
Where can I download this patch or update?
I need this for my server

I believe that that one requres an aditional plugin

You can also poke around in the server forum (do a search) and there are a few that are released that require no aditional plugins ([WHO]Them's for instance)
