Can someone tell me where to find the original lmg skin? I forget to back it up when I put a new skin in <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif'><!--endemo-->.

Backing up your entire models directory is always a good idea...

Anyways, you still have the NS installer, yes? Re-install it to a separate directory, then copy the relevant model from the models folder ( v_lmg_mdl ) or something like that..voila, back to default..

The other way would be to find a copy of the original skin ( or have someone send you it) and re-apply it in HLMV, save model, done...

    this only SOMETIMES works.....

didn't work with the knife last time i tried... might have been the server though

Sometimes servers disable uploading files to client computers.

Note: Server will ONLY download models and sounds.
It will NOT download sprites. So dont try to get original sprites by deleting the old ones <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->
