Skulk Wall-climbing On Corners

If i create a solid rectangular wall, then rotate it 45 degrees on the z-axis, then add another wall on top of it (also rotated 45 degrees) and bend it back a little, a skulk can't climb up. The surface would look something like this:

|

The skulk tries to climb up the left side.

Has anybody else experienced this, and is there a way around it? I'm trying to make a dome, and skulks can climb up the N, E, S, and W sides, but not the NE, SE, NW, and SW sides because of the problem I've described above.

Thanks for the help.

    It's a clip hull generation bug: <a href='http://www.xp-cagey.com/articles/clip_hull' target='_blank'>See Bug #1</a>

Tools with the fix are webbed on this board (see top threads).
